Chris Nunez & Darren Brass, tattoo artists from the popular TV show Miami Ink, were judging at the tattoo competition which took place at the Second Annual Wharf Rat Rally in Digby, Nova Scotia on the 3-rd of September, 2006. Thank you , guys for being humble enough to come all the way from Miami to judge tattoo works of our local artists, making it more objective. Thank you for "melting"the ice making the tattoo competition more exciting.
